Join our team and play a key role in ensuring our stations and premises remain clean, safe, secure and fully operational, delivering the best possible experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual with facilities management experience to support the delivery of soft FM services, minor projects and site access management across the Elizabeth line estate.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate planned, reactive and ad hoc facilities management services across stations and depots.
- Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual requirements, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Carry out inspections and audits to assess cleanliness, maintenance, safety and presentation standards.
- Manage reactive work orders, tracking progress and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Liaise with contractors, stakeholders and internal teams to coordinate maintenance activities and site access requirements.
- Support the delivery of minor projects and facilities management improvement initiatives.
- Manage the Site Access system, ensuring suppliers and third parties comply with required standards and processes.
- Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call duties when required.
- Promote a culture of safety, customer focus and continuous improvement across the estate.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience in facilities management, property maintenance, cleaning operations or a similar environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to work with contractors, stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.
- Knowledge of maintenance and cleaning operations, work order management and contractor performance monitoring.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and service improvement.
- Understanding of health and safety principles; IOSH qualification is desirable.
- Experience with CAFM systems such as Maximo would be advantageous.
- A flexible, team-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
