GTS is looking for Customer Experience Assistants to join our team on the Elizabeth line. You'll be the friendly face of our stations, ensuring every journey is safe, smooth, and outstanding.

What you'll do:

  • Proactively assist customers with their journeys and provide accurate travel information
  • Support vulnerable or mobility-impaired passengers
  • Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming station environment
  • Work closely with the Travel Safe Team and other stakeholders
  • Take pride in platform management and operational excellence
