Station Control Room Operator (1141)

What you'll do:

• Oversee station operations from the control room
• Manage real-time passenger flow, safety systems, and fire procedures
• Lead station response during emergencies and service disruption
• Monitor CCTV and station assets to ensure smooth, secure operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and information provision

What we're looking for:

• 1+ year in a demanding customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of railway operations and safety
• Calm under pressure and able to make decisions quickly
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to service excellence
