What you'll do:
- Oversee station operations from the control room
- Manage real-time passenger flow, safety systems, and fire procedures
- Lead station response during emergencies and service disruption
- Monitor CCTV and station assets to ensure smooth, secure operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and information provision
What we're looking for:
- 1+ year in a demanding customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of railway operations and safety
- Calm under pressure and able to make decisions quickly
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to service excellence
