The Role
We're looking for a Talent Development Manager to delivery our talent, leadership and management development strategy as part of our GTS Academy. This is a high-impact role focused on building capability across all levels of the organisation—ensuring our people have the skills, behaviours, and mindset to succeed today and in the future.
You'll play a key role in embedding a culture of continuous learning, coaching, developing inclusive leaders, and aligning development initiatives with our values and long-term business strategy.
What You Will Do:
- Design and deliver a company-wide Leadership & Development programmes aligned to business objectives and values
- Build and implement a capability framework that supports current and future organisational needs
- Partner with senior leaders and executives to develop high-performing, inclusive teams
- Lead the design and delivery of leadership, management, and high-potential talent programmes
- Embed values-based leadership into cultural and organisational change initiatives
- Own and continuously improve the performance management framework
- Deliver impactful team development sessions, workshops, and coaching interventions
- Develop and implement coaching and mentoring strategies and programmes
- Manage the Leadership & Development budget and evaluate ROI on learning initiatives
- Support succession planning, workforce strategy, and talent development pipelines
- Enhance and evolve induction programmes and upskill the wider People Team
- Build strong relationships with external providers and industry networks to bring in best practice
- Act as a subject matter expert on leadership, engagement, and non-technical skills development
What You Will Bring:
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree educated with CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Qualified coach (e.g. Insights, Myers-Briggs or similar)
- Extensive experience in leadership and management development
- Proven experience working with managers and senior leaders
- Strong track record of managing multiple projects, budgets, and external suppliers

- Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation capabilities
- Ability to translate complex business needs into effective development solutions
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to delivery
