*Note this role is for the central operating section of the Elizabeth line
Your role:

Provide a visible and approachable presence on trains and stations

Support revenue protection and issue penalty fares

Respond confidently to incidents and ensure a safe, welcoming environment

Participate in joint operations and service disruption support

Report suspected fare evasion cases for potential prosecution"
