Travel Safe Officer (1164)

Join GTS , a leading partnership of Go-Ahead Group, Tokyo Metro, and Sumitomo Corporation, delivering exceptional rail services across London. We're looking for Travel Safe Officer ‘s who are passionate about customer service, public safety, and fare compliance.

*Note this role is for the East section of the Elizabeth line

Your role:

• Provide a visible and approachable presence on trains and stations
• Support revenue protection and issue penalty fares
• Respond confidently to incidents and ensure a safe, welcoming environment
• Participate in joint operations and service disruption support
• Report suspected fare evasion cases for potential prosecution
